Day 22 of the 30 day challenge here. Today's workout is a 6 minute booty burnout. This is great for beginners all the way to advanced. I love that this 6 minute workout can be added to another workout or simply be done on it's own. I am using a resistance loop/band today, but you do NOT need to use anything, you do you. Let you body be your guide. Remember, my goal for all of you is to simply help you make exercise a habit. Make yourself a priority.

Let's go, it's only 6 minutes. Maybe you pair this with another one of my workouts and make it extra special. This would be great with a cardio workout or a leg day weight workout. The options are endless.

Put on your favorite music and let's go!
