Hi, I'm Alex from Alex4Sports.com. In this video I wanted to present a set of stretching exercises. These stretches will engage multiple joints and muscle groups.
The complex is designed to improve the mobility of your hip joints and flexibility of your hamstring and quad muscles.
This particular session can be used to condition your body for front splits. Please be patient. Splits do not come easy. Take it slow. You have to be comfortable with what you are doing, and don't try to do too much too fast.
