We will focus on our lower body to improve its flexibility. These exercises can be incorporated into a workout session as well as used as a stand alone stretching routine.
This stretching complex will greatly contribute to the mobility of your hip joints. Stretching your quads and hamstrings can improve your flexibility and improve the range of motion in the hip.
