Description

Hi, I'm Alex from Alex4Sports.com. In this video I wanted to present a set of effective exercises covering various muscle groups.

We will focus on our lower body and core conditioning. This 15 minute workout will burn plenty of the unneeded calories as well as contribute to your general endurance.

Today's workout will consist of 2 sets. Each set has 2 circuits. Each circuit has 5 exercises. There are no rest breaks between circuits. There is a 30 second recovery period between sets.

Set #1 - two circuits consisting of the below 5 exercises - lower body endurance.

- #1: Split Squat with your Left Leg

- #2: Split Squat with your Right Leg

- #3: Drop Squats

- #4: Squat Pulses

- #5: Squat Jumps

Set #2 - two circuits consisting of the below 5 exercises - core conditioning.

- #1: Mountain Climbers

- #2: Reversed Crunch Jump

- #3: Plank Leg Lifts

- #4: Sit Up Twist with your Right Leg

- #5: Sit Up Twist with your Left Leg
