Here is my 20 min Mini Trampoline HIIT Cardio workout! We will warm up and then get into 45 sec intervals of high intensity, followed by 15 secs of active rest. Please stick around for the cool down and stretch. This at home mini trampoline workout is fun and effective routine for weight loss. Pair it with one of my strength workouts listed below!
