Description

Welcome to my 7 Day BOOTY CORE Workout DAY 4 routine! These Pilates fusion workouts will require no equipment. We will be alternating from booty workouts, to core workouts the following day. Each video will be around 20 mins or less. If you haven't been moving today, I have linked a warm up below. We will be working for 50 secs, followed by 10 secs rest, but you are always welcome to rest longer if you need to. Join in when you are ready.
