Description
Hi! Here is my AT HOME CORE DUMBBELL WORKOUT! You can also do this workout without the weights. We will be making our way through 8 different exercises, working for 45 secs, followed by 10-20 secs of break and we will complete the circuit 2 times through. I have included and warm up and cool down, so please include it to avoid injury. If you need to take more rest time, just join the next exercise when you are ready. I have included music in this video, rather than posting a Spotify playlist that you plan alongside the video. Please let me know if you have a preference, as I have no idea! :)
