Hi! Here is my Rebounde Full Body Workout// Fitness Trampoline/ 60 Mins! This challenging workout has two cardio sections and two strength sections and finishes with a nice long stretch. I am using one set of 5 lb weights in this video. This is a perfect workout for weight loss and will challenge your strength and stamina while having FUN! Honestly, I was sore for a couple days after this workout! :)
