Hi! Here is my 30 min Trampoline Workout/ Cardio/ Strength! This killer sweat sesh will keep you moving the whole time! It is great for weight loss and for building strength! You will work your core, booty and thighs and while getting a nice glow on! This video was shot in East Vancouver. Ukuda San Miguel is the artist who painted the beautiful mural behind me!
