Happy Saturday everybody! Today we are doing a 40 minute follow along mat pilates workout that can be done at home! You don't need any equipment, just you and your mat! There is no standing in today's pilates workout, so if you want some standing exercises I will leave some links to other videos I have with standing work. I hope you enjoy todays workout, and let me know if there are specific pilates workouts that you want to see in the future!
