Hello everybody! Happy Saturday! Today we are doing a 35 minute mat pilates class to build long lean muscle. We are working muscular endurance today and doing A LOT of combination exercises to challenge your balance and stability. This is going to help you build those long lean muscles that we love. Hate to say tone, but this workout is going to help you get those lean muscles so that you look toned all over.

If you are just stumbling upon this video and wondering who I am, my name is Margaret, and I am a 25 year old fitness professional and former pilates instructor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, and I am also a ACSM certified personal trainer. I am very passionate about health and fitness and I hope to share my passion with you!
