Today's workout is a 45 minute mat power pilates flow! The only equipment you will need is a mat, and a dumbbell if you have it. Completely optional to use, if you don't have it, no worries. Hope you enjoy today's workout, it is a sweaty one!

If you are just stumbling upon this video and wondering who I am, my name is Margaret, and I am a 25 year old fitness professional pilates instructor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, I am a ACSM certified personal trainer, and future Yoga teacher (#UpliftedYTT October 2020).
