Description
BARRE CLASS WORKOUTS FOR FAST RESULTS
Equipment Required: A set of light weights (0.5-1kg). A yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
Class Description: Every year I develop a range of new exercises to keep our workouts fresh and interesting for our instructors in the studio, as well as our clients in-studio and online. This fabulous 45 minute barre class has the summary of all the new 2019 exercises in it, as well as some original favourites.
You'll need a more solid type barre (ie balcony railing or edge of kitchen bench) to get the most out of this workout, but it's also adaptable if you only have a chair - just make sure you don't lean your weight back off the barre in the new exercise Piston Chairs!
