This class sure has the burn factor...you will even see Andrea shaking her legs out in parts. A quick 30 minute class, that will have you sweating in the first 5 minutes. Using the barre for the full 30 minutes, we focus on our small movements and pulses to really strength the muscles of the legs. You can build to a jumping section at the end if you choose, or omit the jumps to modify. We finish off with a short stretch to get you ready and feeling fabulous for the rest of your day.
