This 35 minute Barre Ballet Workout is designed to sculpt your ballerina body using the Sliding Discs. It is a low impact workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre (or kitchen bench or balcony railing to act as a barre), a set of sliding discs (also known as gliding discs or gliders) and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.

In this class, we do a great set at the barre, then we hit the floor for a delicious stretch.
