Yoga For Hip Flexibility - YIN YOGA - 30 Minutes - Full Lower Body and Spine Stretch

This 30 minute Yin Yoga Class is all about Yoga for Hip Flexibility. We take 3 Yin Yoga poses, and hold each pose for somewhere between 3-5 minutes. It will give you a full lower body and spine stretch, and you will feel either ready to bounce into the day, or relax into the evening, depending on what time of the day you join me in your practice.
