Barre Class Workout | 25 minutes of Cardio For Toned Lean Legs

This Barre Class Workout is a fusion barre class of some of my favourite barre exercises with a legs and cardio focus, set to a HIIT circuit timer. It is designed to sculpt your ballerina body, giving you long lean legs. This is a 25 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor, and a Pilates ball if you have one - otherwise you can modify to make do without or use a blown up balloon as an alternative.
