Barre Class Workout For Arms & Cardio | 30 minutes to TONED ARMS & SHOULDERS

This Barre HIIT Workout is a fusion barre class of some of my favourite barre moves taken as a HIIT workout. It is designed to sculpt your ballerina body, focusing on the arms, and at the same time, making you sweat and burn with a real cardio focus. This is a 30 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre or chair to act as a barre and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.

In this class, we do a fabulous long set at the barre (or the chair), before we hit the floor for a stretch.

This 30 minute barre workout focuses on toning the arms. It is a HIIT workout focused on barre moves and barre movements, so I call it a Barre HIIT workout. From this barre class workout, you will have toned arms, toned shoulders and even a toned back. You can do this barre workout at home and it can be a barre workout for beginners as well as a barre workout for weight loss. This is a great Cardio Barre class which I host on my YouTube channel, it fuses Cardio Barre moves with Barre HIIT moves so it is a Barre HIIT Fusion.
