BARRE WORKOUT WITH BALL – Firm & Tone - Barre with Andrea
This Barre Workout uses the small Pilates Ball and will give you a massive ball burn in the legs. It is one of my favourite classes to date! You’ll need a small Pilates ball, but if you don’t have one, blow up a balloon and use that as an alternative. You’ll also need a barre, or a chair to act as you barre. We do a full set at the barre, followed by a delicious stretch at the end. Have fun and let me know how you go!
