Today, I am going to take you through a quick 20 minute cardio workout, with low impact options. This workout is great for beginners all the way to advanced exercisers. Quick and to the point. No equipment is needed. Just you ready to go! I give you plenty of low impact options throughout the workout.

This is a HIIT style workout. Such a fun way to get cardio into your day.

In only 20 minute you will get over 2000 steps. It's a great way to reach your movement goals for the day.

I love to implement this workout whenever I feel as though I have been sitting too much throughout the day. I hope you like it.
