Description
Hi, I'm Alex from Alex4Sports.com. In this video I wanted to present a set of active stretching exercises. These stretches will engage multiple joints and muscle groups.
The complex is designed to improve the mobility of different joints and flexibility of various muscle groups.
At the end of this session we practice our front and middle splits. Please be patient. Splits do not come easy. Take it slow. You have to be comfortable with what you are doing, and don't try to do too much too fast.
