Description
Grab your weights and a step and do this fat burning HIIT workout! This full-body workout will get the heart pumping and muscles working hard. Alternate between weight training and cardio to keep the heart rate up and burn extra calories!
This workout contains five blocks containing 2 exercises each and will be repeated two times. 30 seconds working, 20 seconds rest; 1 minute break between blocks.
