If you're just getting back into working out or starting a fitness program, great job! Here is a great beginner HIIT workout to do. Don't be scared of the word "HIIT" (high-intensity interval training). You can easily do this type of training WITHOUT the impact and still get the heart rate up! Grab a pair of weights, mat and water and do this workout with me!
Workout:

2 Exercises each
30 seconds working, 20 seconds recovery
Repeat 2x's
