Description

Got 15 minutes? Grab your TRX Trainer and do this workout! Alternating between strength training moves with high intense bouts of cardio will keep the heart rate UP and muscles working. Follow along until the end for a relaxing BONUS STRETCH!

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds and take a 30 second break between sets. If you have time and energy, do the video two times!
