Description

Here is my 30 MIN BOOTY AND THIGH WORKOUT/ NO EQUIPMENT at home routine! This is a LOW IMPACT Barre and Pilates style workout. There is no jumping, so it's a great workout to do if you have neighbours below you! We will be doing a variety of exercises to sculpt your thighs and tone your booty. We will work for 50 seconds and rest for 10 secs. Please take more breaks if you need too! Form is most important.
