Description
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel for a killer core blast. This 10 minute ab workout is easy to do at home or in the gym. You need no equipment, which makes it great for any scenario.
This workout is easy to follow along with as I talk through the exercises to come during your rest periods. It's nice having a personal trainer, huh? ;)
You cannot pin point where your body loses fat from, meaning any core workout out isn't going to be necessarily burning the fat in your stomach. It is still going to be beneficial for you to have a strong core. Plus, if you do want your abs to show eventually, you have to have muscle there, right?! To truly burn fat you must be in a caloric deficit and your body chooses which fat to metabolize (or burn) first.
