Description
Welcome back for another at home workout! Today I thought we'd try a talk through, follow along style video. We're going to be doing a 10 minute upper body dumbbell workout. We'll be hitting our arms, shoulders, chests and I've even thrown in some abs. All you need today is a set of dumbbells.
We're going to do 10 exercises, one time each. 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. If you want to make this workout longer you can replay it. There's also cues written on screen for every exercise in case you want to do this muted with your own music playing.
