Hey guys welcome back to my channel! Today we're going to be doing a 10 minute at home dumbbell workout for your legs. This workout can also be done with just bodyweight if you have no equipment. Follow along with me through this leg workout targeting your quads, hamstrings and glutes. I talk through the entire video explaining form and everything you need to know about each exercise.
There's 7 total exercises in this workout, and it'll take just 10 minutes to complete. There's cues written on screen for every exercise in case you want to do this muted with your own music playing.
