20 MINUTE NO-EQUIPMENT CARDIO KICKBOXING WORKOUT

Happy Wednesday! Today we are doing a no-equipment cardio workout! And I wanted to test the waters with cardio kickboxing! I don't have a whole lot of experience with kickboxing but I have loved it any time it is incorporated into a workout. So don't come at me if my form is weird, the goal is just to get the heart rate up, get the blood pumping, and get your cardio on!

If you are just stumbling upon this video and wondering who I am, my name is Margaret, and I am a 25 year old fitness professional and former pilates instructor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, and I am also a ACSM certified personal trainer. I am very passionate about health and fitness and I hope to share my passion with you!
