Burnout & Grow your glutes with my 10 minute glute burnout exercise and resistance band workout/mini band workout. For this booty workout, We will be using a resistance band or a mini band or hip circle. So it is a perfect home workout. If you want to make this 10 minute glutes workout more challenging you can add in a dumbell, but this is also a great bodyweight glute workout and can be completed with just your bodyweight, for a more beginner friendly version. This booty burnout is perfect glute finisher and to end training a solid leg workout- and We will be hitting all the glute muscles with this butt workout!

Advanced: resistance band & dumbell
-30 sec Single Leg Glute bridge (Left)
-30 sec Single Leg Glute bridge (Right)
-1 min Glute Bridge banded
-1 min Seated Abductions
-30 sec each side clams (left)
-30 sec other side clams (right)
-1 min Froggies
-1 min Cross Body Kickbacks (left)
-1 min Cross Body Kickbacks (right)
-1 min banded Glute Bridge with adbuction at top
-1 min banded Glute Bridge off wall
-1 min banded Glute Bridge pulses off wall
