Burn calories & get stronger with my 20 Min Full Body Workout! This is a quick, efficient 20 min Full Body workout routine, full length, where you follow along to the timer on the screen. No equipment is needed for this workout, this is an at home workout- there is no jumping involved making it very apartment friendly, and a low impact workout!! This bodyweight workout is great for beginners, and focuses on strengthening your full body!

The 20 minute Full Body Workout: each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest. There is a minute rest break between each circuit.

3. Push-Up off Knee
4. Sumo Squat Tap
5. Glute Bridge with pulse
6. Squat Hold w tap outs
Circuit 2:
1. Alt. Shoulder tap
2. Kneeling Hip thrust
3. Knee to Squat to Knee
4. Push-Up Knee drive
5. Kneeling Hip thrust
6. Sit thrus
7. Arm flutters
Circuit 3:
