Description

Burn calories quickly with my apartment friendly 15 Min Full Body HIIT Workout! This is a quick, efficient 15 min HIIT full body workout, full length, where you follow along to the timer on the screen. No equipment is needed for this quick workout, this is an at home workout- there is no jumping involved making it very apartment friendly!! Follow your progress as you workout with the calorie tracker on the screen! (This calorie tracker is an estimate and only intended to provide a general idea of how many calories an average person would burn during a HIIT workout.)

The Full Body HIIT Workout: each exercise is performed for 1 minute, followed by a 45 second rest. There is a minute rest break between each set.

Circuit 1:

1. OH Squat to Calf Raise with Alt. Side Touch
