No equipment? No problem! Join me for my 25 Min Body Weight Upper Body Workout at home! No equipment is needed for this upper body workout. This is a follow along upper body strength workout- all you have to do is follow along with me to the timer on the screen! For this no equipment, upper body workout, we will be targeting chest and triceps, back and shoulders and arms!

The 25 Min No Equipment, Bodyweight Upper Body Workout:

*Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, and each set 3 times total before moving on to the next set. Rest 1 minute in between each set.

Set 1:

1a) Bird Dog

(tip: move with as little rotation in back as possible)

2a) Walkout Push-Up

3a) Superman Lat Row

Set 2:

1b) Plank March

2b) Tricep Dips

3b) Diamond Push-Up

(tip: can be done off knees as shown in vid or from full plank position)

Set 3:

1c) Plank to Forearm Plank

2c) Side Plank with Reach

3c) Lateral Bear Crawl
