These neck stretches and shoulder stretches work great to relieve neck and shoulder pain, and the whole routine only takes 5 minutes! These are perfect if you need quick stretches for office workers, cause they can be done seated, right at your desk.

The Neck and Shoulder Stretching Routine:

*Hold each stretch for 30 seconds

1. Neck Stretch

2. Neck Stretch -look up-

3. Neck Stretch -look down-

4. Shoulder Roll

5. Cross Body Shoulder Stretch

6. Forward Fold
