The 15 min Stretching Routine:
Diaphragmatic Breathing - 60 sec
Lying Quad Stretch- 30 sec each
Seal Pose- 30 sec
Cat/Cow- 30 sec
Kneeling Latissimus Dorsi Stretch - 30 sec
Kneeling Lat Cross Reach - 30 sec each
Side Bend - 30 sec each
Cross Body Shoulder Stretch - 30 sec each side
Shoulder Extension - 30 sec
Butterfly Stretch - 30 sec
Reclining Pigeon - 30 sec each
Happy Baby - 60 sec
