Description
SWEAT and BURN calories with this full body HIIT Workout. This is a low impact 20 minute Full Body HIIT workout, full length, where you follow along to the timer on the screen. No equipment is needed for this workout, it is a great home workout- and its bodyweight only. There is no jumping involved making it very apartment friendly! Watch your progress as you workout with the calorie burn tracker on the screen. (Please note that the calorie tracker is an approximate, and only intended to provide a general idea of how many calories an average person would burn during a HIIT workout).
The Full Body HIIT Workout: each exercise is performed for 1 minute, followed by a 45 second rest. There is a minute rest break between each set.
