Description

Get started with my beginner ab workout. This is a 20 min ab workout, full length, where you follow along to the timer on the screen. No equipment is needed for this workout- it can be done with just your bodyweight, and it can be done at home! This core workout is also a great beginner workout.

The 20 Minutes Ab Workout: each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest. There is a minute rest break between each set.

1. Alternating Leg Raises

2. Dead Bug

3. Soldier Tap (regression: plank position off knees, perform exercise)

4. Alternating Toe Tap

5. Arm Flutters

6. Alternating Leg Hugs

Repeat 3x or more! :)
