Ok guys today's workout is going to be a resistance band legs & glutes workout. We have 11 total moves, 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest between each move.
Grab your mat and your resistance band and get ready to work. If you're feeling super energized and want to keep working out after this workout I recommend pairing with the following workouts.
