Description

This full body cardio HIIT workout is sure to get you moving and push your body. I drank loads of water during this workout so make sure you have your water handy. We will work for 40 seconds and take a 20 second rest between each exercise followed by a 45 second break and then we will cycle through each move for 1 more round.

The number of calories burned is based on the calories I burned according to my Apple Watch. Actual calories burned may vary from person to person based on factors such as age, gender, and the intensity you perform each move.
