Hey guys! Welcome back for another at home workout session. Today I'm bringing you guys a 10 minute, upper body workout using resistance bands with no attachment points.

Todays workout we're going to focus on our shoulders, chests and triceps (back of your upper arms). Most women I talk to in the gym tell me they want toned arms. This workout is going to help you with the muscle building required to get those toned sexy arms!

This resistance band workout is great on it's own, but it is even better when completed for a second or third set as you will burn more calories, and help build a little bit more muscle that way.
