Description
Hey guys! Welcome back for another at home workout session. Today we're going to be getting into a 10 minute, lower body workout using resistance bands with no attachment points. This could also be done as a bodyweight workout if you don't have resistance bands.
Todays workout is glute focused (hello booty workout!) but we also will hit our hamstrings and quads. The "toned" look so many seek is actually just muscle and a leaner body fat. his workout has a focus on muscle building to help you achieved the toned legs of your dreams. Repeating this workout for a second or third set will increase the calorie burning that will be accomplished from working out, and also help build more muscle!
