Happy Saturday my beautiful people! Welcome to your Pilates workout for the week! Just a quick workout, under 25 minutes, including a warm up and cool down. We are hitting all body parts today, core, upper body, lower body.

If you are just stumbling upon this video and wondering who I am, my name is Margaret, and I am a 25 year old fitness professional and former pilates instructor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, and I am also a ACSM certified personal trainer. I am very passionate about health and fitness and I hope to share my passion with you!
