Happy Saturday! Today we are doing a gentle pilates class for when you have a lazy day (or for the days you are feeling burnt out from the holidays aka a Post Thanksgiving workout).

We are going to stay down on the mat, and show our body some love with this gentle class!

If you are just stumbling upon this video and wondering who I am, my name is Margaret, and I am a 25 year old fitness professional and former pilates instructor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, and I am also a ACSM certified personal trainer. I am very passionate about health and fitness and I hope to share my passion with you!
