Short on time then this is a great workout that will get your heart pumping, burn extra calories and strengthen your body. You need 15 minutes, a positive mindset and you are good to go !!!!
No equipment is required.
We will work through a series of exercises. You will do as many repetitions of an exercise as you can in 30 seconds before taking a 10-second rest. The routine is fast-flowing and you can increase or decrease the challenge depending on your energy levels!
