Description

Grab a pair of dumbbells or two and work through these strength circuits with me. Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, and then a little cardio burst. Mostly low impact, and the cardio certainly can be, too, if needed. Complete with interruptions from my e-learning kids, so you'll feel like you're in my home working out right along side me, this 35 minute workout will challenge the muscles and get those heart rates up!
