We will spend the first five minutes gently warming up your bodies before increasing the pace and the challenge begins !! You can expect to work hard and for your heart rate to rise as you tone and strengthen your glutes, legs and core. We will start in a standing position before we come down on to your mat.

You don’t need any equipment, just your mat, something to drink and 45 minutes to focus on ‘you’.
