This is an ideal workout to start your day, leaving you feeling energised and strong.

You will work through a series of exercises focusing on your whole body, core, legs, upper body & spine.

These exercises are challenging. I will help you to keep the correct alignment and fully engage your core, protecting your spine. You don’t need any equipment other than a Pilates Mat and some water.

As your body gets stronger, your stamina will improve and you will be able to challenge your body by doing more repetitions.
