Description
This is the perfect stand-alone core/abs challenge or you can add it on at the end of one of my other workouts.
Youโll work through ten different exercises. We do each exercise for 50 seconds then you have a 10-second rest before we move on to the next one.
Whilst itโs ten minutes long, feel free to repeat it as many times as you like, why not make it a 20 or 30-minute workout and really get your abs fired up !!!!
No equipment required.
