Description

This is the perfect stand-alone core/abs challenge or you can add it on at the end of one of my other workouts.

Youโ€™ll work through ten different exercises. We do each exercise for 50 seconds then you have a 10-second rest before we move on to the next one.

Whilst itโ€™s ten minutes long, feel free to repeat it as many times as you like, why not make it a 20 or 30-minute workout and really get your abs fired up !!!!

No equipment required.
