This Intermediate Pilates flow will build strength in your upper body whilst toning your arms and shoulders.

This fun challenging sequence of exercises will encourage movement and build core control & strength. Focus on your breathing to develop a stronger mind and body connection.

I recommend you use light hands weights 1kg, food tins or water bottles.

Listen to your body, rest if you need to, do more repetitions when you can.
