These stretches are ideal for anyone Runners or Non-Runners. Your hamstrings and glutes will enjoy being lengthened and released.

Sometimes we can struggle with lower back pain and it may be as result of tightness in these areas.

Often it’s difficult to find the time to stretch or when do we are not sure what to do. Let me inspire you.

Roll out your mat and come and join me for 25 minutes as we run through a series of fabulous and quite challenging stretches.
